Robins is a practicing mental health therapist with Recovery Alberta and has been serving in this role for the past eight years. After obtaining a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2008, Robins has worked in various mental health settings, child and youth care environments, and an outpatient clinic through Alberta Health Services and Recovery Alberta. Robins has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, attachment disorders, and relational challenges. Robins is committed to providing client-centred care and support to individuals of all ages. Robins’ practice is firmly rooted in a strength-based approach, focusing on each person’s unique abilities and fostering a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.

Chelsey Rosher is a registered social worker and completed her master’s degree at the University of Calgary in 2022, specializing in clinical social work practice. She comes with twelve years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing complex mental health issues in both residential and outpatient settings.

Chelsey practices through a holistic lens believing that healing means incorporating mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being. In addition, Chelsey draws from a multi-modal theoretical practice, which includes Emotion Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Internal Family Systems Theory.
